Apps List

When you first start Mixtikl, or if you are in a Mixtikl app and select "Apps" from the menu, you are presented with the Apps List (below). The Apps List is where you choose the app you want to open. As we add more apps, this is where you will find them.

PPC Tip: Call up the menu by tapping the top left text area at any time.

Remixer

Create a quick mix from up to 12 loops. Simple and easy to use, yet still lets you make microphone recordings and apply sound FX to mixes and recordings.

Performer

Perform a mix from up to 12 loops and 4 sections. More advanced app with more options for creating and performing “live” music mixes (e.g. DJ-ing). Also great fun!

Partikl

Create or edit sound effects, FX networks, synth sounds and package up Mixtikl pieces. For the more advanced user and sound designer.

Player

Play a range of media, including .noatikl files and .partikl files.

Help

Shows the inline help on Mixtikl apps. Use the up/down keys to move through the text or links, and action key to select the links. The software version number is displayed in the About page.

Exit

Exits Mixtikl.
