We would love to hear from you, as we build our products for you! We are always happy to hear feedback, bug reports, suggestions, testimonials etc!

• Forum contact: This is your main point of contact for any product support related questions, to submit bugs, provide suggestions / feature requests, give feedback etc. We regularly monitor and contribute to our forums, so you can reach us in a more public manner there.
  
• Direct Contact Form (see our Support Policy): Use the form below to contact us with any order or sales questions, testimonials etc or if you just want to privately get in touch. You can also use this form if you want to let us know of bug reports, errors and problems and do not want to do that via the forum.
  
• Community: We've got a Facebook page and regularly tweet with Twitter (links on right), so, please do come join us!
  
• Personal sites: The IM founders have various online presenses which you are also welcome to check out (linked left).

Contact Form: Not had a reply to an important question?

If, via the form below, you have tried to contact us about something important and you have not received a reply in a reasonable time, it could be for number of reasons, such as:

1. we have not yet replied, or had the chance to
2. you have not provided an email address
3. you have not provided a working email address
4. our reply to you has bounced
5. your mailbox is full
6. our reply to you has gone in the spam folder etc.
7. our report form is not working for some reason (see below)

We strongly suggest you also provide us an alternative email address, just in case it is because of anything other than the first reason.

If you had expected a reply and have still not heard from us, then please try again making sure you provide a working email address. Another suggestion is to post a message to the relevant section on the Intermorphic forum, which we monitor. We will at least be able to reply to you there while we investigate where the communication problem lies.
