April 28th 2018, UK: Intermorphic Ltd today releases Wotja 5.4, the Generative Music System for macOS®, Windows®, iOS® and Android®. All Wotja X versions and variants now include the text 'Cut-Up' editing capabilities of Liptikl, and more.

Wotja X V5.4 now includes the powerful Wotja Cut-up editor that was previously only available in the iOS/macOS versions (AKA 'Wotja A'). Wotja X is the new cross-platform UI for Wotja and this release means Wotja X is now major feature comparable to Wotja for iOS/macOS.

With its support for the 'Cut-up' Technique Wotja is a useful and powerful creative writing tool in its own right. The Cut-up technique can be used to help quickly break writer's block & discover useful ideas for lyrics, songs, poems, haiku, word combinations, text, stories etc.

The Cut-Up editor is found in the Cut-up Mode. It includes support for for word locking, creating/using syllable rules, providing word alternatives, use of 5 user editable source fields, editable user Word Library and included Word Bank and much more.

Wotja marries generative music composition and sound design with a text 'Cut-up' capability, often used to come up with ideas for lyrics, haiku, poems, word combinations. The dual approach makes Wotja great to noodle with to quickly create a combination of image, text and music that is both creative and unique. Wotja Display mode options allow a user to display text, which can be either the Cut-up or 'Text to Music' text used in the mix, overlaid on a background that can either be a photo, auto-generated icon or solid colour.

Wotja includes hundreds of generative music templates and it takes just a matter of seconds to create an automatic music mix, make any desired mix adjustments (if any), generate a Cut-up text idea, add a photo background or automatic icon.

As a deep creativity app Wotja is also well suited to those that want to explore further and experiment with generative music composition and sound design.
